Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of the first nights rent plus tax is due when a reservation is made. All cancellations and modifications to your reservation must be made prior to 7 days before your arrival to avoid being charged the remaining balance. Reservation cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival or not showing on the scheduled arrival date will result in 100% of the remaining balance being charged by the hotel and forfeited by the guest.

No refunds for early departure or bad weather (this policy is firm).

Remaining Balance & Resort Fee

All remaining balances are due on arrival at check-in, in addition to a daily resort fee of $10.00 + tax per night. This resort fee includes 1 parking space in addition to direct access to the boardwalk and internet access. MasterCard, Visa, and Discover are accepted as payment.

Parking

Upon check-in, each guest will receive one parking permit for each room reserved. We have one parking lot that may be utilized. Our lot is located directly behind the hotel at 7th & Baltimore Avenue. If you have additional vehicles, they may be parked on the public street next to the hotel in metered spaces. Free street parking is located West of Baltimore Avenue and is first come first served. Additionally, there is a pay parking lot located at 7th Street and Baltimore Avenue. Fees vary. The number for the company that handles pay parking is (410)289-5141. This pay parking is not connected to or affiliated with the Majestic Hotel and Apartments.

Apartments/Cottages

Deposit

A refundable deposit of 50% of the total stay is due at the time of reserving. You must cancel your reservation prior to 30 days before your arrival to receive a refund. Reservation cancellations or changes must be made 30 days before the arrival date or your 50% deposit will be forfeited.
