- Three-Bedroom Apartment (1st Floor) Unit 101 (Up to 10 People) - A 3-bedroom ocean block unit located on the first floor, approximately 150 feet from the beach and boardwalk.
- Two-Bedroom Apartment (2nd and 3rd Floors) Unit 103 (Up to 5 People) - A 2-bedroom, second floor, ocean block, split level unit located approximately 150 feet from the beach and boardwalk.
